Monterey County’s long, cool growing season produced grapes with especially concentrated flavors, giving our 2005 Riesling an impressive weight on the palate, despite its moderate alcohol content. This richly flavored wine tastes great with a broad range of dishes, including smoked salmon, garlic shrimp, roast turkey, ham and pork, spicy sausages, and Pacific Rim cuisines.
