Appearance: Clear and bright. Nose: The nose displays a predomination of red berries, rasperries and wild strawberries. Palate: This Champagne is well-balanced, light and vivacious, and deliciously fruity on the palate.

Wine Enthusiast The Heidsieck Monopole bottle, with its crystal style base and clear glass is very elegant. This wine, though, is more in a full-bodied powerful style, with toast and rich fruit and layers of ripe strawberry flavors. It has matured well, and is now a great food wine.
