Allan Scott Sauvignon Blanc 2007
An aromatic mix of green fruit tones with underlying ripe tropical aromas adding complexity. Flavoursome hints of pineapples and passionfruit with mild herbaceous characters. A textured palate giving great mouthfeel with an enduring, structured and well balanced finish. Wine Advocate The 2007 Sauvignon Blanc also displays a flinty, almost Chablis-like nose, edgy acidity on the palate with a fume finish that lends it good complexity. Score: 88. —Neal Martin, April 2008. |
