The Beaujolais is absolutely delicious in style. Minerally dark cherries and wild strawberries on the nose and palate. Like the Lapierre wines themselves, there is also an "aliveness" and vibrancy to the wines that seems at once expressive and joyous, and yet somehow mysterious and elusive.
