Bernard Boisson-Vadot Meursault Les Chevalieres 2006
The style here is archetypal Meursault. You stick your nose in the glass, and there is no mistaking where you're at. There is body and weight, even some "oiliness" to the wines, but always with a good sense of delineation and balance. New wood is kept to a modest 25-30%, and there is a long elevage of 18 months (a la Fichet, Lafon, Coche). |
