Color: Bright straw yellow, with an extremely fine mousse. Bouquet: Intense, fresh, fruity and aromatic, with hints of wisteria. Flavor: Dry, with a pleasantly nutty background. Food matches: An excellent aperitif, it can also accompany dishes that are not too rich; ideal with fruit salad.
