An aromatic mix of green fruit tones with underlying ripe tropical aromas adding complexity. Flavoursome hints of pineapples and passionfruit with mild herbaceous characters. A textured palate giving great mouthfeel with an enduring, structured and well balanced finish.
Serving Suggestions: There are many occasions to enjoy Sauvignon Blanc, either as an aperitif, on its own or accompanied by seafood or salad dishes. Serve lightly chilled.
Wine Advocate The 2007 Sauvignon Blanc also displays a flinty, almost Chablis-like nose, edgy acidity on the palate with a fume finish that lends it good complexity. Score: 88. —Neal Martin, April 2008.
