Gain Bay Lake County Cabernet Sauvignon 2010
Initial aroma is of berry and raspberry tones, with light to moderate oak present. On the mid-palette, layers of robust fruit flavors emerge; raspberry, currant, and dark fruits along with fully ripe but still young tannins which give the wine structure and depth. The oak again is moderate, as is the alcohol, so the wine's fruit shines without any jam or syrup tones on the finish. The wine is best described as unbelievably fruitful, velvet-like with moderate structure and a lingering complex finish.
