This Champagne Rose is made from 100% Pinot Noir. 90% of the juice comes from the saignee method or bleeding of the tanks, which is unusual for Champagne. The juice macerates on the skins overnight, about 12 to 16 hours, to pick up a gorgeous pink hue and flavors from the skins.
