Siduri Russian River Valley Pinot Noir 2016On the nose, this wine has intense aromas of black cherries, and fresh blackberries. The fruit character plays nicely with layers of fresh cut ceder, dried lavender and a hint of bay leaf. On the palate, there is a nice dance between flavors of pomegranate, raspberries and blackberry compote, wood-ear mushrooms and toasted pine nuts.

Stricking aromas of black cherries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries are overlaid with a cornucopia of spices. As the wine opens, aromas expand to include pip tobacco, fennel and red currants. The palate initially mirrors the aromatics with complex, pure red and blue fruit flavors. Wyatt Pinot Noir 2016The Wyatt Pinot Noir is primarily from the Central Coast with 75% of the blend coming from the appellation. In addition there is 21% Carneros from the Napa side as well as a small percentage of Sonoma Coast which gives the wine wonderful spice and good structure. This Pinot Noir has bright cherry fruit, spice and great freshness making it very food friendly and versatile.
