Relic Wines Scarpa Syrah 2011

This wine has noble Syrah aromatics of blackberry, blueberry, bacon fat, olive tapenade, white pepper and rosemary, with a hint of rose. The palate is dense and has a very intense core, promising a long life ahead as it unfurls on the lengthy, very complex finish. Decanting now gives a sense of the glory for those who are more patient than we are! Just three and half barrels produced.
