Willamette Valley Vineyards Pinot Noir 2016This wine exemplifies the "Oregon style" opening with aromas of raspberry, black currant, dried herbs and black pepper to create an elegant bouquet. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with a silky mouthfeel and flavors of cherry, blackberry, bergamot, anise and earth. Exceptionally balanced with velvety tannins, lively acidity and a lingering finish. Food Pairing: This wine will pair beautifully with classic Pinot Noir dishes including Oregon lamb, duck, pork, grilled salmon and aged cheeses.
B-Side Pinot Noir 2016The B Side Pinot Noir is a brilliant ruby red in the glass with the slightest blood orange hued edge. This is a soul-filled Pinot Noir with lifted aromas of raspberry, rose petal, cherry cola and black tea. Further spiced with notes of clove and fresh forest, the aromas lead to a full-bodied, richly textured palate with layered flavors of black cherry, violets, spice and smoke. With each additional swirl of the glass, the wine becomes moodier with hints of dried orange peel, tart plum, sage and lavender adding complexity. The wine is aged for 12 months with 30% of the blend in new French Oak barrels (Francois Frere, Damy & DJ) while the remaining portion of the blend (70%) is in seasoned, one to two-year-old barrels.

The Federalist ChardonnayWhen crafting the only white in our cellar, we took plenty of liberties. Boasting a big oak backbone, rich fruit flavors and a long, smooth finish, this is a Chardonnay that stands tall. Appearance: Golden yellow. Aroma: Pear, green apple and apple pear spice. Mouth Feel: Nice entrance, juicy mid-palate with a long finish and cleansing crisp acidity.
Paolo Scavino Barolo 2014This Barolo has a special value for our family and represents the history and tradition of blending different cru of Barolo. Our Barolo comes from the best plots of seven cru. The diversity of soils, exposure and altitude characterizes each of these small but very important terroir. Unifying these diversities, the Barolo offers harmony and complexity with an overall character of the zone. Separate vinfication. Destemming and light crushing. The maceration and the alcoholic fermentation are in stainless steel with temperature controlled and indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. The tartaric stabilization occurs naturally during the winter with the low temperatures. Every plots of the crus is kept separate and aged in neutral French oak barrels for 10 months and further 12 months in large casks. Final blend as a result of a further selection in the cellar of the most performing plots of the vintage. Approximately one year of stainless steel and 10 months of bottle aging before release.
Poggio San Polo Brunello di Montalcino 2013Intense ruby red in colour with garnet hues, clear and glossy. The bouquet exhibits typical aromas of violets and small red berries. Subtle nuances of forest undergrowth, aromatic wood, a touch of vanilla and jammy mixed fruit then give way to subtle hints of coffee. This Brunello is intense, persistent, broad and heady. Full-bodied and warm on the palate, with a densely-woven texture and robust body, it has a persistent finish with well- rounded tannins. The particular features of the terroir at San Polo produce a Brunello with a capacity for lengthy ageing, while patient cellaring enhances the wine during ageing in the bottle. Food Pairing: The elegance and harmonious personality of this wine enables it to pair extremely well with highly-structured cuisine such as red meats and game, as well as with mushrooms and truffles. It is ideal with matured cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano and Tuscan pecorino.
Louis Jadot Bourgogne Chardonnay 2017With fresh floral aromas, the wine shows elegant, rich fruit on the palate. This is one of the purest expressions of Chardonnay in Burgundy. Pairs with most white fish and poultry.
