This wine was made to enhance the enjoyment of life in a fun and inviting way. The Zinfandel that comes off one of our estate vineyards, called Hubbard Ranch, starts as the foundation of the wine and gives it a great sense of place. The Merlot adds a sense of sensuality and softness that invites you in to the heart of the wine. The Malbec is the flesh and soul of the wine. It adds beautiful blue and red fruit and contributes to the mouthfeel with depth and texture. The Petite Verdot is the confidence of the blend and adds intensity and complexity. Lastly, because the wine is about enjoyment, I added a splash of Riesling for the fun…It adds a floral high note. The UPSHOT of blending these varietals is a wine that was made to underscore my passion for blending wine, a place that I love, and my enjoyment for this amazing life I get to live.

Jermann Pinot Grigio 2018Pinot Grigio from Pinot Grigio grapes, fermented as a white wine. It has an intense straw-yellow colour; its aroma is intense, full and fruity, with excellent persistence. Its taste is dry, velvety, and particularly well-orchestrated for its full body. To be paired with fish soups, chargrilled seafood and various dishes based on field mushrooms and porcini mushrooms. This wine is wonderful with squid ink lasagnette pasta and crayfish sauce.
Orin Swift Abstract Red 2018Aromatics with gravity, the wine pulls you in with notes of blueberry, black fig, bloodied strawberry and hints of musk and rhubarb. Bold on the entry, the palate exudes rich notes of dark plum and ripe framboise with a slightly chalky texture. The wine transitions effortlessly to a finish of black cherry, sweet licorice and some quick drying tannins.
Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon 2018Deep ruby in color, the 2018 Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon expresses aromas of fresh black currants and cherries accompanied by subtle smoky notes and dried spices. On the palate, this lavish powerful wine is layered with juicy blackberry, ripe cherry, vanilla bean and brown butter. Michael Pozzan Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2018The 2018 AV Cabernet shows the wild, brambly berry fruit profile that is characteristic Alexander Valley right from the start. Aromas of ripe wild blackberries and cranberries are balanced by a touch of graphite-like minerality. In the mouth, the wine shows dark and intriguing flavors of bittersweet chocolate, espresso, and exotic Chinese five spice powder. The tannins are broad and sturdy, giving way to a long and perfumed finish with close and hints of barrel smoke. Enjoy this classic Alexander Valley Cab with a pepper steak and grilled asparagus.
Quilt Cabernet Sauvignon 2017Crimson red with scarlet highlights in appearance. Enticing aromas of Bing cherry, dark chocolate, lightly toasted oak with a hint of blackberry jam and vanilla. Striking flavors of ripe raspberry, blackberry, cocoa, and hints of vanilla linger harmoniously. Full yet elegant on the palate,with vibrant fruit and very approachable tannins. This wine has a long and velvety finish. Pairs well with filet mignon with balsamic reduction, pan-roasted lamb chops with cabernet sauce, sauteed broccolini with garlic, rosemary scalloped potatoes, or a hearty charcuterie platter.
Bedrock Wine Co. Old Vine Zinfandel 20182018 was a brilliant year for Zinfandel across California, and this wine reflects it. The 2018 is a blend of 85% Zinfandel filled out with Mataro, Grenache, Alicante Bouschet, Carignan, Petite Sirah and scant amounts of the many other varieties that can be found in California's older, multifarious vineyards. Many of our most venerable vineyards contribute to this wine, including Bedrock, Teldeschi, Esola, Pagani, Papera, Evangelho and Pato filled in with lots from other old vineyards throughout the state. This will provide great drinking pleasure with a decant early on, but as with most iterations of this bottling, will develop nicely for a number of years.
Fattoria di Felsina Berardenga Chianti Classico 2017Ruby red with deep intensity and hue. Fruity, fine and elegant aromas dominated by wild berries, along with array of spicy notes. Fruity on the palate with good tannins and a lingering finish.
Conundrum Red 2018A deep cherry red, this vintage features vibrant, round scents that suggest what it will taste like on the palate. Aromas of fresh brewed coffee mingle with baked cherry pie, milk chocolate and freshly turned earth. Cherry pie flavors carry all the way through, along with a subtle smokiness, brown spice, light wood and a hint of black pepper. The weight and texture of this wine are perfectly balanced, with granular tannins providing both a smooth and grippy character on the complete finish. Conumdrum Red creates endless options for food pairings. It is a perfect complement to richly flavored or spicy foods like spaghetti alla puttanesca; Asian or Indian cuisine; Mexican tacos or fajitas; smoked meats; and of course, BBQ (meaning pretty much anything that fits on a grill).
Giovanni Sordo Barolo 2013Red garnet color with orangey nuances which become more accentuated as years go by. It has delicate, etheric, intense, full and lingering aromas. The flavor is warm, full, complex, dry and harmonious. Its austerity is linked to the presence of sweet and complex tannins. Pairs well with roasts and game.
Louis Latour Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2017Our Pinot Noir 2017 unveils a ruby color and a nose combining cherry and undergrowth flavors. Its mouth is very smart with an alliance of liquorice and red fruits. Pair with grilled meat - mature cheeses.

Sans Liege Cotes Du Coast 2017Daylight wanes and a new energy pulses through the redwoods. As the lanterns are lit you take in scents of honeysuckle, lemongrass tea and shale. You are now dancing and laughing with mirth as you pass by a rustic dessert table. It is set with creme brulee and miniature vanilla spice cakes adorned with orange blossoms. Children run past snacking on jazz apples and dried pineapple and you smile with gratitude for the day.
Black Stallion Winery Cabernet Sauvignon 2017This rich, fruit-forward wine calls for succulent, flavorful dishes such as grilled tenderloan with roasted shallots, creamy blue cheeses, pepper-rubbed pork chops or duck breast with grilled plums.
Duckhorn Napa Valley Chardonnay 2018Both complex and alluring, this radiant Chardonnay opens up with aromas of pineapple, stone fruit and lime, as well as hints of white flowers and sweet French oak. Villadoria Barbera D'Alba Tardoc 2014A traditional Barbaresco, it is garnet red in colour with ruby highlights, and has an ethereal nose with rose and violet, red fruit jam, raspberry and also vanilla, nutmeg, white pepper and aniseed aromas. It is full-bodied in the mouth, with tannins which never predominate, and is balanced and long lasting. Food Pairings: Pasta dishes with meat sauces, red meat based, braised dishes and game, cheeses including matured cheeses.
Cantine Povero Barolo 2015Violet, rose petals, tobacco, and deep red fruits married to forest floor. Lots of structure and long aging is possible.
La Spinetta Barbera d'Asti Ca' di Pian 2016Aromas of black currant, dried plums, and sage. The palate is dense and mineral with chewy dark fruit flavors accented by balsamic and earth notes.
Willamette Valley Vineyards Whole Cluster Fermented Pinot Noir 2019As refreshing as liquid fruit salad in a glass, this wine is garnet in color and opens with aromas of ripe black cherry, strawberry, black currant and raspberry. A fruit-forward and juicy entry leads to flavors that mirror aromas with the addition of pomegranate and a subtle hint of mocha that flow into a soft, round finish accented by balancing acidity. Mer Soleil Reserve Pinot Noir 2017With the alluring color of dark plums, this wine features scents of ripe cherries with cocoa, pomace, blueberry, toasted wood and a soft, powdery whiff of old-fashioned lipstick. The palate is all about texture - entry is soft, with a round, complete quality. Flavors of cherry cobbler mingle with cola notes and hints of anise. Tannins are structured yet extremely fine, providing a lush, lingering mouth feel. Only produced during the best years, with a limited number of bottles, Brunello Riserva is destined for truly passionate lovers of wine. Poderi Luigi Einaudi Barolo Costa Grimaldi 2009The result of an accurate selection of grapes from the Einaudi vineyard in Barolo. A great wine of the Langa, garnet red with a shade of amber, of intense and embracing fragrance, full bodied but smooth tannic taste, with a long spiced final taste. The annual production is of 7.000 bottles.

Andrew Will Sorella 2011The Sorella is an attractive balance of rich tannins, bright acids, and flavors. On the nose hints of limestone, anise, lavender, blueberries and violet are accompanied by generous and deep fruit qualities. The mid palate is possessed of textured tannins in harmony with a complex depth. The wine has a laser-like focus and shows elegant restraint from both start to finish.
