This is a Bordeaux-style blend that leads with 68% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot, 8% Malbec and smaller amounts of Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. Thick, juicy black fruit, oak and tannin give it a powerful and grippy core, finishing in rich hints of baking spice and vanilla.

The deep ruby-purple colored 2018 The Mariner is a blend of 68% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot, 8% Malbec, 8% Petit Verdot and 3% Cabernet Franc. It offers lush aromas of cassis and blueberries, with notes of milk chocolate, cured meats and savory herbs. The full-bodied palate is firm and has a dark-fruited, minty character in the mouth. It finishes quickly with some dilution. 2,986 cases produced.
