Pull Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
|Region||California, Central Coast, Paso Robles|
Strong notes of coconut and vanilla are immediately evident on the nose. Don't be fooled by the reminiscence of tropical aromas, this wine packs a punch. The nose reflects the use of new French and American oak barriques that were necessary to support the sheer weight of fruit this wine has. Deep and thick fruit dominates a richly textured palate with a concentration of flavors of blackcurrant and raspberries hidden within a blend of toffee and coffee. This very complex wine has a warmth, is full bodied and finishes quite firm. A wonderful wine to enjoy with a garlic, ginger, and beef stir fry served on a bed of jasmine rice in fresh lettuce cups.
Loads of crushed herbs and pencil shavings meet with dark fruit and charred wood on the nose of this bottling. There is an elegance to the woody character of the palate, which also shows touches of caramelized blackberry.
