Ripe melon and lychee aromas meet with a sandstone-like minerality on the nose of this bottling. The palate is tightly woven in texture and zippy in acidity, offering pear-flesh flavors.

Bright citrus, lime, and honeyed pineapple notes all emerge from the 2022 Bishop's Peak Chardonnay, a clean, nicely balanced, refreshing, and elegant Chardonnay to drink over the coming year or three.
