Preparation: Rigorous 

selection of the best grapes from our oldest vines with

strict temperature monitoring of fermentation and aged

in French oak barrels for at least 3 months.

Taste: Intense cherry red color. In the palate it is meaty

with a slight fruity flavor and a sweet tannin that makes

it round and balanced.

Gastronomy: Ideal for all types of meats and cheeses.

Temperature: Uncork half hour before and serve

between 16 and 18ªC.
