Clear yellow with brilliant green highlights. Very intense and fruity with citrus notes (lemon zest, grapefruit, orange blossom), mingled with nuances of tropical fruit and smooth nutty hints of hazelnuts and almonds imparted by barrel ageing. The wine starts out fresh and powerful, becoming full-bodied mid-palate, with good volume, excellent acidity and a creamy texture. Fruity aromas of grapefruit and lemon zest follow through to the aftertaste, accompanied by a long and persistent finish.
