A blend of 47% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir and 8% Pinot Meunier, the NV Étoile Rosé is very pale salmon-pink colored and gives notes of wild strawberries, kirsch and preserved lemons with touches of spiced pears and almond croissant. Very finely crafted in the mouth with a wicked line of freshness, it has a nice, long perfumed finish.
