St. Supery Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Once again, St. Supery does not disappoint with its widely available Napa Valley Estate Sauvignon. Aged entirely in stainless steel and bottled early, this 2023 is lively, balanced, and versatile. Light yellow in color, it has an attractive bouquet recalling white peach and melon fruit with some chalkiness. Medium-bodied and smooth in texture, it delivers refreshing flavors of lime, citrus and melon. It finishes with good length and a hint of minerality. A solid, all-purpose, well-defined Sauvignon that can be enjoyed over the next year or two.
