Canyon Road Sauvignon Blanc

Grapes from Northern California's Coastal regions including Mendocino, Lake, Monterey, and Sonoma counties predominately comprise this blend of vibrant, grassy and exciting Sauvignon Blanc wine. Intense fruit retention was accomplished through night harvesting, whole cluster pressing, cold fermenting and cold storage in stainless steel tanks. No barrels or malolactic fermentation techniques were employed so that full varietal expression could be achieved.
