Fermented without malolactic, the 2019 Spätburgunder Rosé is a classic rosé whose grapes were macerated for nine hours and pressed like a Crémant for four hours. Fermented in stainless steel and bottled as a dry wine this year, the 2019 offers a clear and aromatic fruit bouquet leading to a fresh and fruity palate with lively acidity and charming cherry fruit. A classic rosé for early consumption. Tasted at the domain in September 2020.
