Drowned Lands Deep Terra

Double India Pale Ale brewed with a blend of Pilsner malt and Maris Otter, rounded out by heaps of oats and wheat, both malted and unmalted; hopped with Motueka, Wakatu, and Cashmere.⁠ With this beer we wanted to express the subtler complexities of the double IPA. Deep Terra is full-bodied and as soft as they come--creamy and delicate, but still packed with the bright, hoppy, juiciness we've all come to love from the style. We're tasting candied orange peel, tropical gummy rings, fresh jammy biscuits, and fancy crystal bowls of peaches and cream.⁠
