Sheffield Cellars Very Dry Sherry

Our Sheffield’s Very Dry Sherry has a salty nut, citrus and toast aroma, followed by flavors of dried apricot, almonds and preserved lemon which creates a dry and crisp finish balanced by slight nutty character. Enjoy chilled as an aperitif or add to a cocktail such as an Adonis, along side sweet vermouth and an orange peel, or a Bamboo cocktail along with dry vermouth, angostura and orange bitters and a lemon twist. Add to pan sauces, soups, roasts, and even desserts to add sweet and nutty flavors to dishes. Our Very Dry Sherry is also great in French Onion Soup.
