This high-proof tequila (46% ABV) is made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown on a single estate in Jalisco’s Tequila Valley. It’s traditionally cooked in brick ovens, extracted with both tahona and roller mill, and open-air fermented in wood and steel tanks, with and without fibers. Double-distilled in stainless pots with copper coils and aged in used bourbon barrels, it offers a bold, earthy, and complex flavor ideal for sipping.
