Shift comes roaring out of the glass with dark red fruits. Zinfandel brings the strawberry compote and Tempranillo
balances with dark plums and structure. Syrah adds a touch of everything that's good about food off the grill,
and Petite Sirah is all about length and depth. Complex baking spices, caramel notes, and big mouthfeel make this an incredible wine.

The 2019 Shift is a rich ruby with a purple tinge and is 58% Zinfandel, 24% Tempranillo, 13% Syrah, and the rest Petite Sirah. It offers aromas of red and black currant, red plum, and black raspberry, as well as vanilla bean, pepper, and toasted cedar. Full-bodied, with notes of fresh red plum, baked earth, and mocha, it's a rich wine with a decadent feel, and there's little of that ashy tannin structure found in the Blue Dog. Drink 2023-2028.
