Assertive cedar and toasted oak aromas give way to rich, dark chocolate and blackberry flavors in this well-structured, appropriately tannic wine. Good concentration and balance keep it appetizing despite its full body. Best 2025-2032.

From The Money Road Vineyard, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Hypothesis also blends in a bit of Pritchard Hill Malbec and Merlot. It's a sturdy, medium to full-bodied red, with plenty of texture and a lingering finish, but the flavors are a bit indistinct, wavering around brown earth, black cherries and hints of licorice.
