At 50% ABV, powerful flavors and aromas of cooked agave, tropical fruits such as roasted pineapple and melon, chocolate, caramel, dulce de leche, and spices including cinnamon and cardamom, are complemented by notes of gardenia and a minerality that reflects the terroir of the highlands. Bright, luminous, with silver hues, and full-bodied. On the nose, the first impression is intense cooked agave, caramel, chocolate, and dulce de leche obtained from its slow cooking. Flashes of tropical fruits such as roasted pineapple, melon, floral nuances like gardenias, subtle herbal notes, and spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, with a mineral touch.
