Beautiful ruby color. Floral notes with aromas of ripe red berries mixed with licorice scents. Energetic and complex with very pure fruit. Dense texture with silky, round tannins. Very good persistence. Perfect with friends over barbecued meat or with a charcuterie board.

The 2022 Mercurey Rouge has a straightforward bouquet with red cherries, crushed strawberries and vanillary scents. The palate is rounded with light tannins, slightly darker fruit than the nose and a well-balanced finish. This is an easy-drinking Mercurey (in the positive sense).
