Enticing on the nose, the liquid is abounding with sweet aromas of delicate honey, floral notes of apple blossom and some dried red fruits. The casks were aging Oloroso sherry for over 30 years, which is evidenced by the rich palate of deep fruit notes of baked plums, ripe red grapes and serves to give the liquid its deep amber hue. This luscious drop has a long lingering finish of rich, dark chocolate.
