Always a crowd favorite, the 2013 vintage proves to be another great attempt at creating a fruit forward, yet bold Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine exudes juicy aromas of pomegranate, blackberry and tobacco spice. Flavors of jalapeno, hints of eucalyptus and mint and a balanced mouth-feel finish with bright acidity and firm tannins. We recommend opening this wine now and enjoying it at a young age, however, this will age well for 4-6 years when properly cellared.
Buehler Vineyards Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2013The wine is brimming with fruit aromas and flavors biased to the black fruit end of the Cabernet spectrum: plums, blackberry, and black currant. Rich and full-bodied on the palate, this Cabernet drinks well on release but will soften and develop with additional age. For those who seek youthful fresh Cabernet fruit aromas and a more structured wine, drink it from 2015 through 2019. If you prefer the less fruity, more developed bottle bouquet aromas and a softer, more velvety wine on the palate, drink it from 2020-2030.
Justin Cabernet Sauvignon 2015Appearance: Dark purple ruby core, slightly lighter at the rim showing light staining on the glass. Aroma: Aromatic with bright ripe black cherry and blackcurrant fruit, baking spice, savory dried autumn leaves, subtle violet floral notes with a hint of caramelized barrel sweetness. Palate: Dry, moderate plus bodied, with ripe red and black cherry, and blackcurrant fruit joined by vanilla and cinnamon spice notes on the entry. The mid-palate is fresh with sustained ripe fruit, toasty oak notes and softly textured tannins. The finish is moderately long with notes of cherry candy and blackcurrant fruit matched with subtle classic Cabernet savory elements. Pairings: The 2015 JUSTIN Cabernet Sauvignon is a great all-around choice for a wide range of food pairings from a simple cheese and charcuterie plate or a burger to vegetable lasagna, or even a prime rib. If you are looking for a quality, all-purpose red wine, this is it!
Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2013Our 2013 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is garnet in color with a ruby red rim, it has an alluring nose of blackberry bramble, baking spices and black olive. Aromas of vanilla, cassis and sage fill the glass, revealing the influence of American oak barrel aging. On the palate, notes of raspberry are complemented with lingering acidity and a finish of dusty, silky tannins. Given proper cellaring, this wine will provide drinking pleasure through 2036.
Kathryn Kennedy Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2009100% Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines cover gentle slopes in Saratoga, California on the inland side of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Eight acres of vines were planted on their own roots by Kathryn in 1973. Excellent soil, a climate possessing just the right amount of marine influence, and personal attention combine to yield outstanding grapes. Each vintage is grown by hand and vinified in small lots followed by gentle barrel aging with 90% French oak. The result is big, full-flavored wine with deep color and a decade or more of aging potential. We are very proud to announce that in the fall of 2007 our Estate Vineyard was certified Organic by the CCOF.
Flanagan Cabernet Sauvignon 2012The defining attributes of our 2012 Flanagan Cabernet are its ripe, seamless palate and its power. This wine displays our classic profile of a floral bouquet of violets and irises, but it is the palate that really displays the richness of the 2012 vintage. Deep black fruits, warm rock, mocha, and savory notes of olive and bay leaf flow seamlessly together in a truly beautiful glass of wine. I love that our wines reflect vintage character. The 2006 was opulent, the 2009 structured, the 2011 elegant, and the 2012 powerful. Enjoy!

Burly Cabernet Sauvignon 2012With a striking balance of fruit and a thick viscous mouth feel, our 2012 BURLY Cabernet Sauvignon is truly a remarkable wine sure to provide years of enjoyment. Aromas of cassis and black berries meld seamlessly with notes of chocolate and anise. The rich, plush mouth feel elegantly transforms into sweetness by supple tannins and lovely oak integration. A wonderful mineral note shines through the whole experience. Layered, complex, and lingering, a true wine drinking experience. Wonderful now, this wine will benefit from further bottle aging reaching its peak in 4 to 6 years but drinkable for 12 years.
Robert Craig Affinity 2011Hatched from the Cabernet-infused mind of Bob Craig in 1993, this Bordeaux-inspired wine is a blend of the Left Bank Five (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec) with Cabernet Sauvignon commanding the lead on the dance floor. The Cabernet Sauvignon from this hillside property is unusually racy, and mineral laden, even for a boulder strewn, Napa Valley vineyard. The addition of the other four Bordeaux varieties is necessary for the depth, dimension and layers that are present in the wine each vintage; Petit Verdot for color, Malbec for weight, Cabernet Franc for structure and Merlot for luxurious mouthfeel. The fruit is hand picked and hand sorted, then kept in separate lots during fermentation and barrel aging. The resulting Cabernet has an affinity for braised meats, grilled fish, hearty pastas, good books, fireplaces and summer evenings on the patio.
Martin Ray Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon 2014Our blend of Sonoma County's sub-appellations expresses a wonderful complexity in this wine. A fruit-driven bouquet and palate with notes of wild blackberry, Maraschino cherry, and spicy persimmon is balanced by aromatic cloves, fresh sage leaves, and a touch of butterscotch. This approachable, medium-bodied Cabernet is not to be underestimated with its pronounced tannins and well-integrated oak influence. Pair our elegant, yet approachable Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon with a hearty hamburger or meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes.
Orin Swift Palermo Cabernet Sauvignon 2014Rich aromas of seasoned oak meld effortlessly with ripe boysenberry and candied cassis. The entry of the wine is soft and delicate, but quickly evolves into a serious mid-palate replete with opulent and concentrated flavors of dark fruits. Black currant and kirsch provide background to lively raspberry and cherry notes that create a near endless finish.
