Like all of our wines, our Talbott Chardonnay, Sleepy Hollow Vineyard is made exclusively from estate-grown grapes. It has aromas of pear and green apple, complemented by French oak and toasty brioche notes. On the palate, it is lush and elegant, with a creamy mouthfeel and flavors of white peach and pear. Round oak tannins are perfectly balanced by acidity, and there is a long finish that builds over time. The Sleepy Hollow Vineyard defines this wine, with power, richness, and bright (cool-climate, zone 1) acidity.
