Jordan Winery Cabernet Sauvignon 2015Pure elegance in a glass. Aromas of black cherries, pomegranate, dried cranberries and a hint of graphite channel classic Bordeaux. Its lovely, silky texture coats the palate with layers of black cherries and a touch of cedar from French oak's fine tannins. From beginning to end, the balance carries all the way through. The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon's red fruit flavors, silky palate and structure make it a wonderful wine for food. The classic pairing would be New York Strip steak or filet mignon, but the elegance, uplifting acidity and toasted oak nuance will complement grilled or savory roasted dishes, such as herb-crusted lamb, roasted chicken or grilled pork loin. It's a medium-bodied red wine that won't overpower more delicate dishes, such as mushroom risotto, ratatouille or duck confit.

Luciano Sandrone Barolo Le Vigne 2012Le Vigne Barolo interprets the ancient handed-down wisdom and tradition of Langhe and Barolo of assembling the Nebbiolo grapes from various vineyards. We interpret this historic practice by working only with indigenous yeasts and by keeping the grapes of each vineyard separated during the fermentation and wood ageing, rather than combining them during fermentation.

Paolo Scavino Barolo 2014This Barolo has a special value for our family and represents the history and tradition of blending different cru of Barolo. Our Barolo comes from the best plots of seven cru. The diversity of soils, exposure and altitude characterizes each of these small but very important terroir. Unifying these diversities, the Barolo offers harmony and complexity with an overall character of the zone. Separate vinfication. Destemming and light crushing. The maceration and the alcoholic fermentation are in stainless steel with temperature controlled and indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. The tartaric stabilization occurs naturally during the winter with the low temperatures. Every plots of the crus is kept separate and aged in neutral French oak barrels for 10 months and further 12 months in large casks. Final blend as a result of a further selection in the cellar of the most performing plots of the vintage. Approximately one year of stainless steel and 10 months of bottle aging before release.
