Aromas of blackberries, dark plums and sweet spices. Medium- to full-bodied with creamy tannins and texture. Dense and generous, with chocolate and berries toward the finish. Drink now.

A blend of 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Zinfandel, 13% Malbec, 10% Merlot, 6% Syrah and 5% Petite Sirah, Paraduxx's 2021 Proprietary Red Wine is the winery's main offering. Marked by scents of cherries and berries, with a hint of vanilla, it's medium to full-bodied and reasonably supple. It's framed by silky tannins-but there are plenty of them, making a burger or steak something of a necessity with this wine, which finishes a bit drying.

Graphite and pencil shavings emerge alongside warmed savory spices and dark flavors. A very long finish of palate coating tannins sticks to the palate for a lingering red blend.
