DuMol Ryan Pinot Noir 2008
|Appellation||Russian River Valley|
Wine SpectatorExhibits a rich mix of loamy earth, dried berry, spice, cedar, cherry rhubarb and red and black licorice flavors. Full-bodied, intense and concentrated, with a touch more finesse than the Finn bottling. Drink now through 2019. 738 cases made.
Wine AdvocateThe medium ruby-hued 2008 Pinot Noir Ryan is fashioned from Dijon clones and the California clone called "The Martini Selection." A crisp, elegant, fresh Pinot, it offers notes of rhubarb, candied cherries, pomegranate, sassafras and hints of herbs and spice, but not the size of the Aidan. Consume it over the next 7-8 years.
