Domaine Anderson Chardonnay 2017
|Region||California, North Coast, Anderson Valley|
The 2017 Chardonnay has opens with aromas of flint and toast over fresh apple fruit with notes of baker's yeast and popcorn. The palate is medium-bodied and rounded with restrained, fresh fruit character and a delicate, toasty finish. 980 cases produced.
Rather taut and restrained at this point, this medium- to full-bodied wine offers appetizing, crisp apple and lemon flavors, a touch of butter and a good sense of concentration and balance. Best from 2022.
