Wine EnthusiastStrawberries, red currants and root beer come out at first, with cherry soda bringing up the rear. This forward, fresh and fruity wine is drinking well right now, and should be consumed through 2019.
Wine AdvocateThe 2013 Pinot Noir Elton Vineyard, which comes from iron-rich soils and sees 50% new French oak, has a very light, rather diffuse bouquet with earthy scents coming through. The palate is medium-bodied with light tannin, smudged red berries laced with chocolate and a touch of leather on the finish.
