Joel Gott 815 Cabernet Sauvignon 2016Our 2016 815 Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of bright red fruit, black cherry and blackberry with notes of clove, vanilla and baking spices.The wine opens with dark,concentrated fruit flavors,followed by firm tannins on the mid-palate, and notes of cedar and coffee on the long, textured finish.
J. Lohr Seven Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon 2016The 2016 J. Lohr Estates Seven Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon is dark and dense to the rim of the glass. Layered aromas of black currant, blueberry and cherry are accentuated by an authentic barrel bouquet of hazelnut, cocoa powder, and dark roasted coffee. High-toned red berry fruit strikes the fore-palate, and follows with bright acidity and a full structure that is both dense and soft at once. Food Pairinga: Sauté some mushrooms and snack on a few bruschetta as you relax and barbeque a garlic infused tri-tip roast.
Justin Cabernet Sauvignon 2016Appearance: Deep purple ruby core, slightly lighter at the rim showing slight staining on the glass. Aroma: Aromatic with black cherry and blackcurrant fruit, attractive oak and complex cigar box notes with cocoa and a subtle purple floral note. Palate: Dry, moderate plus bodied, with ripe blackcurrant, black cherry and a touch of red fruit brightness on the entry. Balanced oak, vanilla spice and brioche notes mixed with classic savory cabernet varietal cues mingle on the mid-palate. The finish is moderately long and fresh with sustained rounded fruit and lingering baking spice balanced nicely by firm, smooth tannins.
Robert Foley The Griffin 2014The Griffin - on the Foley family crest in Irish heraldry combines the strengths of the lion, king of beasts, with the eagle, king of the skies. A winemaker's dream is to be artistically free to combine characters into wine that is purely hedonic and non-compliant with varietal regulations, so The Griffin's blend changes with every vintage. Bottled in Spring of 2016, this vibrantly youthful red blend offers aro- mas of red and black berry fruit, rose petals and just a touch of vanilla. The full body is framed by gently gripping fine tannins and a flood of berry fruit. More than half of this blend are classic claret varieties (Cabernet, Merlot, Petit Verdot), which marry with Rhone-rooted varieties (Syrah, Petite Sirah, Charbono). Delicious in its youth, this red blend combines the stuffing and balance to age elegantly for many years.
B-Side Cabernet Sauvignon 2016The B Side Cabernet Sauvignon is a deeply concentrated, inky color in the glass. Vibrant aromas of blackberry compote, mocha, vanilla, sweet leather and lavender are pronounced on the nose. The fleshy, fruit-forward palate is packed with flavor including juicy fruit, cassis, melted chocolate and hints of Blackstrap molasses. The deep, dark fruit note is a solid line throughout and comes from the beginning all the way to the end of the wine. The tasty French oak frames the wine with ripe, round tannins underpinning the overall structure. The wine is aged for 14 months with 40% of the blend in new French oak barrels (Francois Frere & Radoux) while the remaining balance is in seasoned French oak. This wine is deep and brooding with layers of aromas and flavors, well-structured with smooth tannins and a noticeably, lengthy finish.

It opens with inviting aromas of dark cherry, pepper, tobacco, mineral and earth. Hess Select Cabernet SauvignonOur Hess Select Cabernet features grapes from some of the best vineyards in Napa and Lake county. The wine showcases a ruby color with aromas red raspberry and dark cherry. Flavors of red raspberry, black cherry follow with spicy notes of currants, anise, cloves, cedar and a touch of vanilla. This soft, round, medium-bodied wine tastes like Cabernet should. Dishes incorporating sweet peppers, caramelized onions or roasted Portobello mushrooms, a hearty bacon burger with blue cheese, barbecued shrimp, and mild blue cheeses or cheddar cheese. Kathryn Kennedy Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2009100% Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines cover gentle slopes in Saratoga, California on the inland side of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Eight acres of vines were planted on their own roots by Kathryn in 1973. Excellent soil, a climate possessing just the right amount of marine influence, and personal attention combine to yield outstanding grapes. Each vintage is grown by hand and vinified in small lots followed by gentle barrel aging with 90% French oak. The result is big, full-flavored wine with deep color and a decade or more of aging potential. We are very proud to announce that in the fall of 2007 our Estate Vineyard was certified Organic by the CCOF.

Smith and Hook Cabernet Sauvignon 2016Vibrant aromas of dark fruit and black currant with hints of sweet spice and toasty oak. Full bodied and full of flavor with a round viscous mouthfeel backed with concentrated tannic structure carry through to a smooth finish. The robust flavors of this wine are a great complement to roasted duck breast, beef tenderloin or short ribs.
Andrew Will Cabernet Sauvignon 2012The fruit for this wine is from our own Two Blondes Vineyard. We use three clones of Cabernet Sauvignon at the vineyard which are included in this wine. We have French, Washington and California Cabernet Sauvignon clones planted. The wine spent 12 months in 35% new French oak and is very lightly sulphured.
