With its composition marked by a high percentage of Chardonnay, Laurent-Perrier Brut is the signature House style, offering freshness, lightness and elegance, consistently showcasing the essential qualities sought by Laurent-Perrier. Aspect: A fresh, delicate colour. Laurent-Perrier Brut is discretion itself with a pale gold colour that highlights its delicate, persistent bead. Nose: A delicate nose, and balanced freshness. Floral notes, like the reminiscence of a perfume floating in air, come together in a delicious harmony. This naturally elegant 'aesthete' reveals itself little by little, combining notes of citrus and stone fruit with an pure creaminess. Taste: Mellowness, finesse and freshness combine to achieve a remarkable balance, in a succession of constantly shifting taste sensations and a long, satisfying finish.

Wine AdvocateThe latest rendition of Laurent-Perrier's NV Brut is showing nicely, wafting from the glass with scents of almond paste, iodine, white peach, warm biscuits and mandarin. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, with an elegant, lively profile, displaying a youthfully frothy mousse, good tension at the core and an attractively chalky finish. This is an excellent non-vintage wine that seems to reflect the maison's efforts to improve their grape sourcing over the last few years.

Wine SpectatorA harmonious Champagne, with a vibrant backbone of acidity and a well-knit mix of poached pear, lemon preserves, smoke and toast. Very accessible. Drink now through 2018. 22,000 cases imported.

Wine EnthusiastFresh and crisp, this is bright with acidity as well as warmer fruitiness. It brings out the dry Laurent-Perrier style, balanced by soft creamed apples and fragrant acidity. Light and fruity at the end, it is ready to drink.
