The winery has substantially increased the production of this affordably priced Pinot, which is fresh and aromatic. Scents and flavors of chocolate, strawberry, raspberry and cherry are in play, and fermentation with native yeast in neutral oak adds texture throughout. The finish turns quite tart and lightly herbal.
