2014 and 2015 have not been easy for Cabernet Sauvignon in Luján de Cuyo, but there's a 2015 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon that blends grapes from Agrelo and Perdriel that feels quite successful. The estate range sees an élevage of nine months in oak barrels, and this Cabernet shows a mixture of herbal, spicy and blackberry aromas with hints of cedar wood and cigar box. The palate is medium-bodied, with clean flavors and a fine texture. 48,000 bottles produced.

Floral aromas of blueberries blend with funky notes of coffee grounds on this unusual rendering of Cabernet Sauvignon. A hard palate hammers down with tannins, tasting of burnt coffee, green herbs, spiced plum and black currant. A minty flavors rises up on a finish that pulls up short.
