Our premium 3D Cabernet is a unique blend of less than a dozen barrels, hand selected by our winemaker. We repeat the barrel selection process three times throughout aging, ensuring that our blend expresses characteristics true to the Dr. Crane vineyard site. Equally savory and fruit forward, notes of black cherry, red licorice, cedar, forest floor, and dried tobacco layer this full-bodied Cabernet.
Hints of spices: vanilla, cinnamon and allspice are peppered throughout. The plush, juicy core is surrounded by suitable backbone framing, featuring refined chalky tannins. This wine is ready to enjoy now but will only gain over the next 15 years.

Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon 3D Dr. Crane Vineyard explodes from the glass with vibrant scents of ripe blueberries, warm cassis and blackberry tart with suggestions of dark chocolate, cinnamon stick, cloves, cedar chest and violets with a fragrant waft of star anise. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is filled with juicy, energetic black berry layers plus tons of spicy accents and a firm, finely grained frame of super-ripe tannins, finishing long and mineral laced. This full-throttle, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon barrel selection cuvee is so charged with purity, exuberance and freshness, every sip will leave you wanting more!
