Cuvée Prestige, the essence of Franciacorta, Ca' del Bosco style. A jewel created in 2007 from thirty year's experience. Only the finest Chardonnay (75%), Pinot Nero (15%) and Pinot Bianco (10%) grapes from 134 vineyards, vinified separately and skillfully blended with reserves of the finest vintages (at least 20%) go into the magical rite of Cuvée creation. It will take 28 months of refinement on yeasts before this wine is ready to express all its richness and identity. A classic, well-balanced Franciacorta, pleasantly fresh and crisp. Perfect for any occasion.

The NV Franciacorta Cuvée Prestige Brut is packaged in a squat and transparent bottle. This beautiful sparkling wine shows a unique aromatic profile with spicy notes of spearmint and fresh oregano leaf that pop to the top. Beyond those vertical aromas are heavier tones of stone fruit, honeydew melon and blanched almond. This Franciacorta (75% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Bianco and 15% Pinot Nero) offers spicy and vibrant aromatic tones that you don't find in its peers.

Though rich and creamy, this wine is focused by finely cut acidity, resulting in a lithe version overall. The smoky mineral undertow mixes with flavors of poached apple, toasted brioche, lemon curd and vanilla, followed by a lasting finish. Drink now through 2018. 1,000 cases imported.

Aromas of citrus, orchard fruit and a subtle whiff of toast lead the nose on this delightful sparkler. The straightforward palate shows yellow apple skin, bitter walnut and a note of baked bread alongside firm, vivacious bubbles.
