Not only is the 2021 Wildsong an organic Sauvignon Blanc, but it's also from the temperate climes of Hawke's Bay, so don't expect the tropical fruity party of Marlborough. This is a mellow, lime marmalade and baked-apple-fruit-like expression with attractive acid structure on the finish. However, the concentration is modest and the length is short, making it rather forgettable.
